Cyprus is among the most appealing destinations in the Mediterranean for residency by investment. With access to the Schengen area, affordable living costs, and a well-developed healthcare and education system, the program grants residency rights to investors and their families without requiring full-time relocation. Permanent residency can be obtained quickly if certain conditions are met, offering a reliable pathway to European Union citizenship in the long term. Citizenship typically requires a clean criminal record and basic language proficiency.
