• Clean Criminal Record: From the applicant and countries of residence in the last 5 years
• Proof of Accommodation: Rental agreement or hotel/reservation documents

• Visa Duration: Usually granted for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years

• Proof of Accommodation: Rental contract, property deed, or minimum 1-year accommodation commitment in Portugal
• Family Inclusion: Spouse, children under 18 (or 26 if students), and parents can be included
• Visa Duration: Usually granted for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years
• Residency Requirement & Citizenship Pathway: Minimum 8 months residency per year required. Permanent residency after 5 continuous years, citizenship application possible thereafter
