ITALY RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Visa-Free Travel: The Italian residence card allows visa-free travel across the Schengen Zone for up to 90 out of every 180 days.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS
INVESTOR VISA PROGRAM
Applicants must fulfill and maintain one of the following investment options throughout the validity of the visa:

A minimum investment of €2,000,000 in Italian government bonds. -
Company Investment:
A minimum investment of €500,000 in shares of an Italian company.
(Reduced to €250,000 if the investment is made in an innovative startup.) -
Donation:
A minimum donation of €1,000,000 to a public interest project in areas such as culture, education, ecology, migration management, research & development, art, or cultural heritage.
ELECTIVE RESIDENCE PROGRAM
This program is designed for individuals who can demonstrate a stable and sufficient annual income from foreign sources.
There is no investment requirement, but applicants must prove that their income is sustainable.
Note:
For both programs, investors are required to purchase or rent a property in Italy after approval.
If the investor chooses to settle in Italy, permanent residency can be obtained after five years of continuous residence.
