Latvia: One of Europe’s Emerging Destinations for Residency by Investment
Latvia is becoming a rising star in Europe for residency by investment. With full access to the Schengen Area, safe living conditions, and a developing healthcare and education system, it offers a compelling option. The program grants residency rights to investors and their families at a lower cost and faster processing time compared to most other countries, without requiring long-term residence in Latvia. After five years, applicants can apply for permanent residency, and after ten years, citizenship becomes an option. Citizenship requires a clean criminal record and proficiency in the Latvian language.
