Malta: One of Europe’s Most Exclusive Destinations for Residency by Investment
With full access to the Schengen Area, a robust healthcare and education infrastructure, high quality of life, and a safe environment, Malta stands out as a leading choice for residency through investment.
The program grants residency rights to investors and their families, while also offering a pathway to citizenship for those who meet specific investment and contribution requirements. Citizenship applicants must demonstrate strong ties to the country, meet minimum residency requirements, and present a clean criminal record. At the end of the process, a European Union passport is granted, providing free movement and settlement rights across all 27 EU member states.
