Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between residence by investment and citizenship by investment?
Residence programs grant investors and their families the right to live, study, access healthcare, and establish businesses in the host country. Citizenship programs, on the other hand, provide the opportunity to obtain a passport directly and enjoy the freedom of visa-free travel.
In which countries can I obtain residence or citizenship by investment?
Within the scope of our consultancy services, you can apply to programs in Europe (Greece, Portugal, Malta, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Montenegro, Cyprus, North Macedonia) and the Caribbean/Pacific (Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Nauru). For more information about the various countries and program options we offer, please contact us.
Who can apply for investment programs?
For most programs, the requirements are as follows: The main applicant must be at least 18 years old. Eligible family members may include the spouse/partner, financially dependent children (generally up to the age of 26), and parents. A clean criminal record is required.
What types of investments are accepted?
Real estate investments, government funds or contributions to the public benefit, company investments or job creation, and in some countries, government bonds and investment funds are accepted.
How long does it take to obtain a passport through citizenship programs?
In the Caribbean and Pacific countries, citizenship can typically be obtained directly within an average of 4–8 months. In European countries, however, the process generally requires first obtaining permanent residency after 5 years of residence, followed by citizenship (usually within 5–10 years in total, provided that language and cultural integration requirements are met).
Which country program is best suited for me?
This depends on your investment budget, lifestyle expectations, and visa-free travel needs. We provide personalized guidance to match each investor with the most suitable program and country.
